Lexi's 6th grade performace Benton Midlle school

I dont think that I could be a prouder aunt for my niece Lexi she is an amazing, smart , kind and talented lil girl. She performed her recital at Benton today and I was so excited to see her. It was a little bit hot in the school gym ,but I couldnt have been prouder.

Moms Bday 2012

This year one of the most important woman in my life's birthday at Benihana's. We wanted it to be a surprise so my dad didnt tell her me and my sis were coming along. Needless to say she was quite surprised when she saw us. She was very excited to have her kids the grandkids there as well. I love Benihanas food it was sooo yummy. It hit the spot , I think Jovie loved the fried rice to be excact! LOL

Josiah First School Performace...Chicken Soup with Rice!

I was so excited to find out that Josiah was in a his first school play called Chicken Soup w/Rice he did have lines he had to rehearse and I had to make him a costume (a ghost). The only problem we have noticed now is that he does get a little bit of stage fright. Something we gotta work on I guess.

My brave lil guy wanted to burry his first lil pet turtle named Speedy...so him and daddy dug up a lil grave site in our front yard.

Mommy & Son Bingo Bonanza at Mariposa

They had a Bingo Bonanza just for mommys and sons at Josiahs school so we ended up going. I enjoyed having a date night just me and him. The best part is his little friends mommys were going to and I have become really great friends with them. So it was a fun night of food , bingo and lots of sweets.

100th Day of school

Josiah's school celebrated the 100th day of school. They had fun projects, one he had to turn in was to make something with 100 things. So we had some old stail pretzels so we made a poster of "Cloudy with a chance of Pretzels" LOL

Mothers Day 2012

Well this being my first Mothers Day as a mother of two, well technically one in the oven but still. I decided to get my hair done and what a wonderful hubby for letting me pamper myself.I went to the salon down the street and took my buddy with me and he sat in a chair next to me patiently waiting, what an amazing lil guy i have. Usually the Sat before Mothers Day they do a dinner at my parents church so every year me and my sister go to that. So off we went they had a delish meal, carne asada and rice and tortillas it hit the spot for this preggo momma. They usually do games and some speeches from the husbands to the wifes on how much they appreciate them, Jamie was working so he didn't come. ;(

The netxt morning my lil buddy and hubby made me breakfast it was nice to relax and put my feet up.

My buddy made me the cutest lil MOM sign as school, I love when he makes me crafts.

Then we met up with my mother in law and sister n law for lunch at Islands.

Avengers Movie

So the Avengers movie came out, what better way to go and see it then at the theatre that has vibrating and motion seats. Yup Im preggo lets hope i dont get motion sickness from these chairs, turns out i was fine and enjoyed the movie. It was a date night for us along came Brian and his friend. It was quite an experiece.

Skin Test

My buddy has been struggling for many years with allergies and asthma we have been seeing another doctor which I love. He wanted us to do a skin test to narrow down exactly what he is allergic to, I was a little nervous because Josiah is not a fan of needles I mean what kid right ,but this kid is not good with them. The nurse did it so fast that by the time he realized she was poking him she was done. Thank GOD!! Then the burning came which was probably worse then the actual pokes because now his skin was reacting to what he was allergic to. He had to sit with all those pokes on his back for 20 minutes without moving or scratching yeah that easy. Seemed like an eternity for him and me as I sat there and watched him hurting. :(After all that turns out he is allergic severely to cats & mold.

Playset for Josiah 2012

Josiah had wanted a play set for a long time and well they are so expensive ,but we got a great deal at Costco and decided it would be nice to get him one.We live on a huge hill so bike riding and scooter activities make me kind of nervous so I figured this way he can get his exercise and have fun with his friends on it. It was quite a process to build my hunky smart builder hubby decided to take on that task i believe it took him about a week to build the whole thing.
